Jodi went far beyond what I would have expected from an agent, she would go to my mums, help with cleaning, organise people to fix small things, check in to see how my mum was and be available any time of the day to help, even with me calling at odd times. I had the pleasure of meeting Jodi after the sale when I came to help mum pack, and even then Jodi was constantly available finding out numbers, helping sell things that my mum no longer needed and just being a good source of information. Communication was top notch and 99% of the time we had at least 24 hours warning before a private viewing.
